You will receive an email when your child/children's application/s have been processed letting you know their enrollment status in our After-School Program. Please DO NOT call The HUB to ask about the status of the application. You will be notified once the application/s have been processed. Thank you!

Families that have completed their DHS/Tribal Subsidy paperwork will receive priority enrollment.

 

Applications are NOT complete until all information has been filled out on the Application Form, including proper initials and signatures by parent/guardian of each child applying. Please double check that all necessary information has been completed as this may delay your child's application and move them lower on the list of those accepted. Thank you!
